Full of mysticism and diversity, India becomes a must-see country in Asia. A British colony till 1947, counts with more then 21 national languages and a very rich history, also remembered by the image of the political leader Mahatma Gandhi.

With a huge population of 1 billion people, a enormous mix of ethnic groups and a rich culture, the country attracts different kind of visitors. Not in vain Índia was the big search of the past centuries, untill today the biggest cities are full of markets and bazaars selling all kinds of spices, fabrics and decoration articles. Calcutta was the old british colony base and today is known as the intelectual capital of India. The city is privileged with the amazing geography between the deltas of Ganges and Bramaputra. You have to see the New Market, the Botanic Garden and the Kali Temple there.
Bombay, or Mumbai, is another busy city. The street attractions and the city routine are for themselves touristic events. There are amazing places next to the beach and another quiet and peaceful spots around the city. The meaning tours are at Gandhi Museum and at the sculpted caves of Elephanta Island.
And, if you are not satisfied there is Agra and the famous Taj Mahal. Another great spot to visit and one of the 7 Wonders of the World.
